Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
- I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Buyers must contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
4. Exceptions
- Personalised and custom-made items (such as hand-painted designs) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.
- Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
5. Lost Orders
- An order is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 working days (or 45 working days for international orders).
- In this case, I will offer either a refund or a replacement.
