Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Buyers must contact me within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

4. Exceptions

  • Personalised and custom-made items (such as hand-painted designs) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.
  • Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Lost Orders

  • An order is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 working days (or 45 working days for international orders).
  • In this case, I will offer either a refund or a replacement.
