You can use the lanterns and plates outdoors, but I highly recommend not leaving them in damp weather. Moisture can damage the paint, and prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading over time.

• Mugs & Glasses: Hand wash gently with warm water and mild soap. Do not soak, scrub, or put them in the dishwasher. Although I bake them in the oven to set the paint, they are not dishwasher-safe.
• Plates & Lanterns: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or expose to prolonged moisture.
• Bookmarks, Tissue Boxes, Jewellery Boxes: Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid strong pressure or physical impact to protect the painted surface.

Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund.
